How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders, as long as you are within the pre-set zones outlined on each of the location pages:
I'm not in a pre-set delivery zone - can I still order?
Harriets will accommodate people further away depending on the size of the order, however please contact your nearest tearoom first for a chat.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cheques and BACS payments.
We offer credit accounts with businesses which can be set up with your local representative. These offer 30 day payment terms on all invoices.
Private catering events, i.e weddings, require 50% deposits prior to the event date.
Can I change my order?
We accept new orders, amendments and cancellations before 9.30am on the day of delivery.

Can I place a re-order?
Multiple orders can be placed at one time with our diaries running 6-12 months in advance.
Customer information cards can also be set up with specific requirements for each of buffet to ensure your receive the same specifications on every order.
