These are excellent choices, as the risk of spillages and accidents are reduced, ensuring clean white shirts and presentation documents are left clean and usable. Sweet treats are tasty but may result in an afternoon sugar crash, while spicy foods may not be for everyone’s tastes.
Water and fresh juice are also advised over carbonated drinks.
